RULES OF PROCEDURE
The owner of Agriturismo La Fontana pleased to host you, informs you of the rules of procedure, confident that the
rules enshrined therein will be followed by common sense and mutual respect to ensure everyone a pleasant
stay.
Article 1 – Reservation and payment of the stay
The reservation of the stay is made by e-mail, telephone or directly from the booking section “Book
NOW” on the home page of the website. The reservation is confirmed only after receiving the payment of a
deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the entire stay, to be made within 7 days of receipt of the email of
reservation, by bank transfer or PayPal with the indication of the following reason: Reservation
Agriturismo La Fontana from ………. to ………. day for n. ….. nights – Apartment “……….”.
The balance must be paid upon arrival.
At the time of payment is issued a tax receipt, on request can also be issued an invoice.
Art. 2 – Cancellation Policy
In the event that, for any reason, a customer has to cancel the reservation, he/she is entitled to a refund of the
amount paid as a deposit only if the cancellation is received before thirty days of the arrival.
The notice of cancellation of the reservation must be received by e-mail or telephone.
In case of no-show, you will be asked to pay the full amount of the stay.
In case of early departure, on the other hand, the amount corresponding to the days not made will not be refunded.
Art. 3 – Arrival and Departure Times
Delivery of accommodation is scheduled from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm, unless otherwise agreed. The expected time of arrival
should be communicated in any case the day before the arrival itself, in case of delay the guest should notify
by telephone.
Upon arrival each guest must hand over to the owners a valid identity document for the
records required by the current regulations, which will be promptly returned to him. The data of our guests are processed in
accordance with current privacy regulations.
The guest will be given the keys to the accommodation and will be shown the areas and services reserved for him/her.
The accommodation must be returned by 10:00 a.m. on the date of departure, unless otherwise agreed (we can,
however costudire the luggage until departure).
Otherwise, an additional day will be charged.
Art. 4 – Behavioral Norms
We kindly ask guests to avoid behaviors, activities, noises that may cause disturbance and especially
so please keep the television at a volume that respects the quiet and harmony of the environment, especially
during rest hours: from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 22:00 to 08:00.
It is strictly FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE in the apartments and common areas.
Children, especially outside, should always be supervised by an adult person, who will be
responsible for them.
Art. 5 – Keys
The keys delivered are in the custody of the guests, who will undertake to keep them carefully.
In case of loss of them, a penalty will be imposed for changing the locks in the amount of 40.00 €.
Art. 6 – Apartment
Inside the apartment you will find everything you need: towels, blankets, pillows, etc., for
any other needs please do not hesitate to ask: we will do our best to accommodate you.
Clean linen is delivered at the beginning of your stay and the change is done every 3 days for
bathroom linen and every week for bed linen. You are responsible for cleaning the apartment during your
stay. At the end of the stay, it is mandatory to leave the dishes, kitchenette and
refrigerator clean. The apartment must also be cleared of garbage and personal property.
Any damage made by the guest to structures or property, must be fully compensated by the guest.
Please do not leave valuables unattended inside the apartments, we disclaim any
responsibility for theft to objects, personal belongings and anything else.
The owner reserves the right to access the accommodations, if
extraordinary maintenance and/or emergencies of various kinds are necessary.
Art. 7 – Breakfast
Breakfast, which is included in the price for each guest of the farmhouse, is served from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in the
common room on the ground floor.
Art. 8 – Parking
The farm has a private parking lot with one parking space for each apartment, any
responsibility for any theft or damage is disclaimed, as it is not guarded.
Art. 9 – Pets
Pets are accepted (maximum No. 2 per apartment) by paying the appropriate surcharge. It is the responsibility
of pet owners to exercise custody and supervision of their pets. Any damages caused by the animals
are the full responsibility of the owners.
Art. 10 – Stranger Access
Any visits by strangers (relatives, friends..) during daylight hours must be authorized by the management.
Visitors must absolutely adhere to the rules of the farmhouse and access it only on
foot.
During the night hours, the presence of strangers in any environment of the farmhouse is strictly prohibited.
Art. 11 – Insurance Coverage
An insurance policy has been taken out to cover any damages made by the guests of the agritourism towards third parties
and towards the facility itself.
RESPECT OF THESE RULES IS ABSOLUTELY MANDATORY FOR
ALL GUESTS OF THE AGRITURISMO.
THE INOSSE RVANCE OF THE SAME COMPLIANCE COMPORTS THE REMOVAL FROM THE STRUCTURE
OF THE TRANSGRESSO RE AND THE RELATED NOTIFICATION TO THE COMPETENT PUBLIC AUTHORITY
