“AGRITURISMO LA FONTANA”RULES OF PROCEDUREThe owner of Agriturismo La Fontana pleased to host you, informs you of the rules of procedure, confident that therules enshrined therein will be followed by common sense and mutual respect to ensure everyone a pleasantstay.Article 1 – Reservation and payment of the stay<\/strong>The reservation of the stay is made by e-mail, telephone or directly from the booking section “BookNOW” on the home page of the website. The reservation is confirmed only after receiving the payment of adeposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the entire stay, to be made within 7 days of receipt of the email ofreservation, by bank transfer or PayPal with the indication of the following reason: ReservationAgriturismo La Fontana from ………. to ………. day for n. ….. nights – Apartment “……….”.The balance must be paid upon arrival.At the time of payment is issued a tax receipt, on request can also be issued an invoice.<\/p>\n\n

Art. 2 – Cancellation Policy<\/strong>In the event that, for any reason, a customer has to cancel the reservation, he\/she is entitled to a refund of theamount paid as a deposit only if the cancellation is received before thirty days of the arrival.The notice of cancellation of the reservation must be received by e-mail or telephone.In case of no-show, you will be asked to pay the full amount of the stay.In case of early departure, on the other hand, the amount corresponding to the days not made will not be refunded.<\/p>\n\n

Art. 3 – Arrival and Departure Times<\/strong>Delivery of accommodation is scheduled from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm, unless otherwise agreed. The expected time of arrivalshould be communicated in any case the day before the arrival itself, in case of delay the guest should notifyby telephone.Upon arrival each guest must hand over to the owners a valid identity document for therecords required by the current regulations, which will be promptly returned to him. The data of our guests are processed inaccordance with current privacy regulations.The guest will be given the keys to the accommodation and will be shown the areas and services reserved for him\/her.The accommodation must be returned by 10:00 a.m. on the date of departure, unless otherwise agreed (we can,however costudire the luggage until departure).Otherwise, an additional day will be charged.<\/p>\n\n

Art. 4 – Behavioral Norms<\/strong>We kindly ask guests to avoid behaviors, activities, noises that may cause disturbance and especiallyso please keep the television at a volume that respects the quiet and harmony of the environment, especiallyduring rest hours: from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 22:00 to 08:00.It is strictly FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE in the apartments and common areas.Children, especially outside, should always be supervised by an adult person, who will beresponsible for them.<\/p>\n\n

Art. 5 – Keys<\/strong>The keys delivered are in the custody of the guests, who will undertake to keep them carefully.In case of loss of them, a penalty will be imposed for changing the locks in the amount of 40.00 \u20ac.<\/p>\n\n

Art. 6 – Apartment<\/strong>Inside the apartment you will find everything you need: towels, blankets, pillows, etc., forany other needs please do not hesitate to ask: we will do our best to accommodate you.Clean linen is delivered at the beginning of your stay and the change is done every 3 days forbathroom linen and every week for bed linen. You are responsible for cleaning the apartment during yourstay. At the end of the stay, it is mandatory to leave the dishes, kitchenette andrefrigerator clean. The apartment must also be cleared of garbage and personal property.Any damage made by the guest to structures or property, must be fully compensated by the guest.Please do not leave valuables unattended inside the apartments, we disclaim anyresponsibility for theft to objects, personal belongings and anything else.The owner reserves the right to access the accommodations, ifextraordinary maintenance and\/or emergencies of various kinds are necessary.<\/p>\n\n

Art. 7 – Breakfast<\/strong>Breakfast, which is included in the price for each guest of the farmhouse, is served from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in thecommon room on the ground floor.<\/p>\n\n

Art. 8 – Parking<\/strong>The farm has a private parking lot with one parking space for each apartment, anyresponsibility for any theft or damage is disclaimed, as it is not guarded.<\/p>\n\n

Art. 9 –<\/strong> PetsPets are accepted (maximum No. 2 per apartment) by paying the appropriate surcharge. It is the responsibilityof pet owners to exercise custody and supervision of their pets. Any damages caused by the animalsare the full responsibility of the owners.<\/p>\n\n

Art. 10 – Stranger Access<\/strong>Any visits by strangers (relatives, friends..) during daylight hours must be authorized by the management.Visitors must absolutely adhere to the rules of the farmhouse and access it only onfoot.During the night hours, the presence of strangers in any environment of the farmhouse is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n\n

Art. 11 – Insurance Coverage<\/strong>An insurance policy has been taken out to cover any damages made by the guests of the agritourism towards third partiesand towards the facility itself.RESPECT OF THESE RULES IS ABSOLUTELY MANDATORY FORALL GUESTS OF THE AGRITURISMO.THE INOSSE RVANCE OF THE SAME COMPLIANCE COMPORTS THE REMOVAL FROM THE STRUCTUREOF THE TRANSGRESSO RE AND THE RELATED NOTIFICATION TO THE COMPETENT PUBLIC AUTHORITY.I thank you for choosing my facility and wish you a peaceful and happy stay<\/p>\n\n
